Same Day Express (SDX)

Delivery to main centers on the same day of collection, subject to availability & capacity of scheduled flights.

Overnight Express (ONX 11:00)

Overnight delivery to main centers only by 11:00 the next business day. Deliveries & Collections on weekends and public holidays by prior arrangement. This service is subject to the availability of direct cargo flights from the main center origin to destination hub. Where direct flights are not available VSG will co-ordinate the transit on the next available linehaul service connection.

Next Day Service (NDX 17:00)

Delivery the next business day before 17:00 to all main centers, delivery during business hours to all destinations, excluding weekends and public holidays. This service is subject to the availability of direct general cargo flights from the main center origin to destination hub. Where direct flights are not available VSG will co-ordinate the transit on the next available linehaul service connection. This may result in a delay of an additional day to affect delivery to destination.

Economy Service (Eco 48 – 72Hrs)

Delivery to main centers listed below by no later than the second business day after collection. An additional day is required where there is a trans-shipment onto a second linehaul route (example: DUR – CPT linehaul via Johannesburg). An additional two days are required to effect delivery to other (regional) destinations. Delivery during business hours to all destinations, excluding weekends and public holidays.
